TERNI builded in 7th Century b.C. by Sabini, a population that lived before romans in these places, now is the second city in Umbrie.
Situated at south of Our Region, is a capital of Terni's Province (or District). It is an industrial City, where there are very big Stell's Factories, and where "San Valentino", or ... Valentine Day is very famous; he is the Saint Patron of Terni, and, near Terni, only few kilometers there is a little Town, with a Church calleds "Saint Valentine".
